The Boathouse Studios is a modern, refined and versatile space that includes four vibrant, mood-lifting studios. With it's prime location, it makes it an ideal spot for artists, photographers, musicians
rehearsals, exhibitions, small-scale performances, community,
corporate and families to work and create.
Situated on the water's edge, the studios offer a calming view of the surrounding scenic beauty, providing inspiration and energy to everyone who walks through the door.
The natural light that floods into the studios creates an unbeatable atmosphere, ensuring that all can work and celebrate in perfect lighting conditions all year round.
The Boathouse Studios is also surrounded by stone’s throw from the beautiful Beckton Creekside Nature reserve.
The boathouse is an impeccable and beautiful building space. I loved the quirkiness of the space and the natural artistic feel of the rooms. We actually saw two massive carp fish in the river looking down from the boathouse windows. The customer service we received was first class. Thank you for allowing us to use your space

The Boathouse studios is an amazing venue for any type of event. With some imagination and creativity, it turned out to be the best place to have my son’s first Birthday party.
Real Events
What a lovely place and a fantastic event today for little ones by the Flying Seagull Project. My son thoroughly enjoyed it and wants to come back next week. Even the adults were made to feel so welcome. Activities at the Boathouse Studios are what create a sense of community for me in Barking. Thank you for all the effort that goes into it all.
